As an experienced and qualified educational practitioner, coach and mentor, I bring a range of skills and knowledge to the facilitation of small groups and teams, in addition to one to one work.
My approach to facilitating is holistic: working in an interactive style based around experiential learning, providing a supportive and developmental environment.
Drawing upon my skills, knowledge and experience from the fields of education and coaching, I take a flexible approach tailored to the context and purpose, and facilitate individual learning styles and preferences to achieve successful outcomes.
With a wealth of experience, I facilitate workshops on coaching skills and mentor training, confidence, self esteem, awareness of mental health amongst others. This includes working with individuals and groups with a diverse range of needs. I am experienced in learning and development within cross-cultural contexts, the development of emotional intelligence, and in exploring equality and diversity.
How I can help
I offer supervision support for individuals and for small groups. This can take place regularly, occasionally or on a one-off basis depending on requirements.
